The challenge of designing for a north-facing site has been skillfully overcome, with a setback to the rear yard and the clever use of raked ceilings to allow ample natural light to flood into the rear gardens. The design of the townhouses sets them apart from the traditional gabled roof forms commonly found in the area. Each townhouse has a unique, contemporary expression with a striking break in the form of the gabled roof. The project's facade is predominantly clad in a stunning grey brick that has been expertly crafted, with the first floor cantilevered walls featuring an expressed laying pattern that adds to the building's character.
