The linear design is imbedded into the hilly topography of the site, with a large cantilever of the master bedroom quarters creating a dramatic and unique architectural statement The journey down to the pool area is an invitation to explore the beautiful landscape, with landscaped steps leading the way. The client's request for a modern country house with a European feel is reflected in the use of natural sandstone cladding, evoking memories of their childhood homes. Despite its enormous size, Neerim South Residence has been designed with comfort and coziness in mind. The home has been divided into zones, maximizing efficiency in heating and cooling and enhancing the quality of living.
